We accept orders for the following countries: Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The website content is available in Slovenian, German, Czech and Slovak.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply at the time the order is placed. We accept payments via PayPal and Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail. The confirmation includes an order summary, delivery details and a link to these terms.

Shipments are delivered by our partners DPD, DHL, GLS and SPS. The standard delivery time within the EU is 2–5 business days from the placement of the order. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon receipt of the shipment.

For orders of €45 or more, delivery is free to all countries where we sell. For orders under €45, shipping costs are: Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia €4; Austria €5; Germany €7. Prices are in EUR and include VAT.

In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. We grant an extended 30-day satisfaction return period. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product does not conform to the description. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Our products are liquids and care agents, therefore the classic statutory warranty for goods does not apply to them. We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the product does not meet expectations, we refund the purchase price. Product effectiveness is tested in accordance with EU regulations; some textile products carry the Air Score Label.

A material defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery to info@iza.si. Please include the order number, a description of the defect and photographs.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. In accordance with the ZIsRPS, the consumer may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent court is the court in Kamnik.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. For each order, the terms published at the time the order was placed apply.
